Acceptable Use Policy

01Introduction

ZynEstate is an online property and professional services listing platform operated by ZYNTECH GLOBAL INNOVATIONS LTD.

The platform enables property agents, landlords, property owners, professionals, and service providers to publish listings, promote their offerings, improve their visibility, and connect with prospective customers.

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the rules that users must follow when accessing or using ZynEstate.

By registering an account, publishing a listing, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

02Permitted Use

Users may use ZynEstate to:

• Advertise properties they own or are legally authorized to list.
• Publish accurate information about available properties, rentals, and related services.
• Promote lawful professional services and business offerings.
• Create profiles that accurately represent their identities, businesses, qualifications, and services.
• Browse listings and contact agents, landlords, property owners, and professionals.
• Purchase eligible subscriptions to access the platform's listing and visibility services.

All activities must be lawful, honest, and consistent with the purpose of the platform.

03Accurate and Truthful Listings

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to ZynEstate is accurate, current, and not misleading.

Listings must not contain:

• False property prices, rental rates, service charges, or availability information.
• Fabricated addresses, property descriptions, photographs, qualifications, or business details.
• Misleading claims about ownership, authority to sell or rent, professional credentials, or service capabilities.
• False claims about property features, title documents, approvals, or legal status.
• Content intended to deceive prospective customers or obtain money through fraudulent representations.

Users must update or remove listings when the advertised property or service is no longer available or when material information changes.

04Ownership and Authorization

Users may only publish property listings when they own the property or have appropriate permission or legal authority to advertise it.

Property agents and representatives must not falsely claim to be property owners.

ZynEstate may request evidence of ownership, authorization, professional credentials, or other supporting information where reasonably necessary to review a listing or investigate a complaint.

Users must cooperate with reasonable verification requests relating to their listings.

05Fraudulent and Illegal Activities

Users must not use ZynEstate to:

• Defraud, deceive, or scam other users.
• Advertise stolen, unlawfully obtained, or fraudulently represented properties or services.
• Impersonate property owners, agents, professionals, businesses, or other individuals.
• Publish forged documents or falsified professional credentials.
• Collect money through false representations about a property or service.
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activities.
• Promote unlawful discrimination, exploitation, or other prohibited conduct.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Nigerian law or other laws relevant to their activities.

Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity may be reported to ZynEstate for review.

06Professional Services and Qualifications

Professionals advertising on ZynEstate must accurately describe their services, qualifications, experience, and any licences required to practise their profession.

Users must not claim to hold professional licences, certifications, or qualifications that they do not possess.

Where a profession requires registration or licensing under applicable law, the user is responsible for maintaining the required credentials and complying with relevant professional standards.

ZynEstate may request evidence of qualifications or restrict listings where credentials cannot reasonably be verified.

07Prohibited Content

Users must not publish content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or intended to harass others.
• Infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Contains malicious software, harmful code, or attempts to compromise platform security.
• Contains obscene or exploitative material prohibited by law.
• Promotes illegal goods, services, or activities.
• Contains spam, deceptive advertisements, or repetitive unsolicited promotions.
• Includes another person's personal information without an appropriate lawful basis.

Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to publish photographs, descriptions, logos, documents, and other materials submitted to the platform.

08Account Security and Misuse

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their accounts.

Users must not:

• Create accounts using false or stolen identities.
• Access another user's account without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass subscription requirements or payment controls.
• Manipulate listings, reviews, rankings, or platform features through deceptive methods.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract platform data without authorization.
• Interfere with the availability, security, or proper functioning of ZynEstate.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or administrative functions.

Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access to their accounts.

09Subscription Payments

Paystack is used to process subscription payments for ZynEstate's listing and visibility services.

Users must provide accurate billing information and must not use stolen payment credentials or unauthorized payment methods.

ZynEstate does not collect or hold property purchase payments, rent, deposits, commissions, or professional service fees on behalf of users. Commercial arrangements and payments for properties or professional services are made directly between the relevant parties.

Users remain responsible for independently assessing the legitimacy of the people and offerings they engage with through the platform.

10User Responsibility and Transactions

ZynEstate provides a digital platform for connecting users. We do not own the properties advertised by users, act as a party to their agreements, or guarantee the conduct, authority, financial standing, or performance of every user.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate checks before entering into a property transaction or engaging a professional.

Users should independently verify property ownership or authority to sell or rent, relevant documents, professional credentials, agreed prices, payment instructions, and contractual terms before making commitments or transferring money.

Any agreement entered into directly between users and their customers is the responsibility of the parties involved.

11Reporting Violations

Users may report suspected fraudulent listings, misleading information, impersonation, unauthorized advertisements, or other violations by contacting:

12Monitoring and Enforcement

13No Guarantee of Verification

Any review or verification performed by ZynEstate is limited to the checks actually completed.

A listing's presence on the platform does not, by itself, constitute a guarantee of ownership, title, legal status, authenticity, professional competence, or transaction safety.

Users should carry out their own appropriate due diligence before entering into agreements or making payments.

14Privacy and Personal Information

Users must not misuse personal information obtained through ZynEstate.

Personal information should only be collected, used, disclosed, and retained where there is an appropriate lawful basis and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

ZynEstate handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

15Changes to This Policy

ZYNTECH GLOBAL INNOVATIONS LTD may update this Acceptable Use Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the platform, applicable laws, or our operating practices.
